Dr. Arturo Lindsay is an artist/scholar/educator and Professor Emeritus, Spelman College, Atlanta. He is a native of Colón, a seaport city on the Caribbean coast of the Republic of Panama. His art and scholarly practices are informed by the research he conducts in the African diaspora. His research focuses on the presence of African spiritual and aesthetic retentions, rediscoveries, and reinventions in the African Diaspora.

- Interview and filmography with Actor/Director/Visual artist Tyson Hall (credits include Raising Kanan, The Godfather of Harlem).
- Conducted by Professor Andrew Millington,
- UWI Faculty of Culture, Creative and Performing Arts. (5 pm)
This event will include a 30 – 45-minute discussion on Hall’s journey as an actor and fine arts painter, a 30 – 60 second highlight reel, screenings of upcoming projects, a Q&A, and photo opportunities.
Sunday, March 15, 2026: Open 10.30 am – 6 pm;

- (4 pm) Dana McBroom Manno, Artistic Director of PAKA (Passing Ancestral Knowledge Along Theatre Dance Company), performs “JOURNEY”; theatrical excerpts by Dana McBroom Manno, Noel Ntambu Hall, Edgar Nkosi White & Ed Bullins (4 pm).
As a University Professor, Dana has taught Master Classes in theatre and dance, around the world. Professor McBroom Manno has performed on stages in the U.S., the Caribbean, Europe, Africa and New Zealand. She is honored to represent the Montserrat Arts Council and her home island of Montserrat.
